	Mr. Benny Shoham has more than 20 years of experience in executive level positions in the semiconductor process control capital equipment market, with expertise in product management, product marketing, market development and global sales. Mr. Shoham worked for Orbotech Ltd. (NASDAQ: ORBK), Opal (Metrology for Semiconductor), Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT) and KLA-Tencor (NASDAQ: KLAC).
	Mr. Shoham was the business and marketing leader, from vision to global market dominance, behind Applied Materials SEMvision, an automated SEM review and classification tool that dominates over 70% of its $400M market. Since 1998, when this tool was launched, over $1B worth of systems were sold and are used in every semiconductor manufacturing fab.
	Mr. Shoham lived and worked in Tokyo, Japan for 3 years and in the Silicon Valley, California, USA for 5 years, where he gained extensive international business experience in various capital equipment segments. Mr. Shoham holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Technion, Haifa) and an Executive MBA (Bradford University, UK).

Mr. Ben-Porath has held senior management and executive positions in the process control and semiconductors market during 10 years with Applied Materials, most recently heading a key product unit for process control software. Prior to that, he was the Director of Global Product Management for the Applied SEMVision product line, an automated SEM review and classification tool that dominates over 70% of its $400M market, and in use by every semiconductor manufacturing fab; he previously headed the development of an automatic defect classification system, part of the Applied Materials SEMVision.

Mr. Ben-Porath was the CEO of Vascure Medical, a medical device startup, and held a research engineer position in computational biology at the Neurosciences Institute in New York. Mr. Ben-Porath is named on several patents and publications in the fields of automatic classification, data mining and process control, and holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Israel and a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics & Computational Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science

Prior to joining BrightView, Dr. Scheiner held several senior technological positions at Nova Measuring Instruments, a leading supplier of metrology systems for the semiconductor market. From the year 2000 he headed the R&D of the company and was subsequently appointed CTO in 2006. He led the development of groundbreaking metrology technologies for characterization of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional structured thin-films, putting Nova at the forefront of its industry. Previously at Indigo, now a division of HP, he was part of the team that developed the laser-scanner technology for the world’s first electronic printing press. Throughout Dr. Scheiner’s career, he has made substantial contributions to the science and engineering of optical metrology, and is named on over 15 key patents in optical metrology and optical systems. He has presented numerous papers in the field of Metrology, Inspection, and Process Control.

Dr. Scheiner holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Israel and a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science. His academic research was in the field of laser diodes and one-dimensional electronic devices.

Hai Benron, an international sales and business development veteran, has over 20 years experience in new product and market penetration for the electronic manufacturing industry, primarily semiconductors and packaging and assembly. He has lived and worked in China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and the US and has over ten years’ experience in Asia Pacific for companies such as SEZ and Orbotech, Previously he was the Vice President of Business Marketing and Strategic Accounts of SEZ Asia Pacific and General Manager of SEZ China. He has also been a commentator on the China semiconductor industry trends and has published several articles and presented at leading industry events. Mr. Benron is named on an image-processing patent and is a graduate of Stanford University and Yale University (MBA).
